SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

All orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days after receiving your order.

US customers: Orders shipped via Ground Shipping will arrive 1-5 business days once shipped. Orders shipped via Priority Shipping will arrive 1-3 business days once shipped. Shipping costs are dependent upon weight and shipping selection. All orders over $150 ship free.

Canadian customers: Standard shipping will arrive 10-15 business days once shipped. Shipments delivery duty unpaid; you are responsible for duties and any taxes prior to delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking. 

RETURNS

To initiate a return, email us at orders@withcounterpart.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return label. Items must be in unused condition and shipped back in their original packaging. Items must be sent within 7 days of receiving the label. 

Items purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

In the event items are returned in subpar condition or outside of the window outlined above, we may withhold refund.
