SHIPPING

We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada.

All orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days after receiving your order.

US customers: Orders shipped via Ground Shipping will arrive 1-5 business days once shipped. Orders shipped via Priority Shipping will arrive 1-3 business days once shipped. Shipping costs are dependent upon weight and shipping selection. All orders over $100 ship free.

Canadian customers: Standard shipping will arrive 10-15 business days once shipped. Shipments delivery duty unpaid; you are responsible for duties and any taxes prior to delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking. 

RETURNS

To initiate a return, email us at orders@withcounterpart.com within 30 days of your order. Items must be in unused condition and shipped back in its original packaging. We will provide you with a return label and will refund the full order amount minus the shipping fees when we receive the item(s).

Items purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

In the event items are returned in subpar condition, we may withhold refund.
